Casa Pri is a truly unique residence: an independent four-story house, located in the exclusive pre-hill area of Turin overlooking the river, with the typical Turin style from the early 1900s. The project enhances its historical features and adds a contemporary touch that "feels like home"

Frescoes and cement tiles

A special house for the NOMADE architecture and interior design studio, Casa Pri is the residence designed for Alice, the sister of Selina Bertola, founder of the studio, and her family. The house renovation project is designed to remove the subsequent constructions to the original in order to restore the role of the magnificent frescoes on the ceiling, the original staircase, and the cement tiles. The simple and colorful furnishings made up of inherited family pieces and touches of design bring back the atmosphere of the house in the comfort of the present

The internal layout of Casa Pri

Visually connected to the garden through a newly created opening with a custom-designed iron and glass door that can be closed, the entrance opens into the living area with the living room and dining room. Also on the ground floor, there is a study, kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, a children's study, and two completely renovated and lightened bathrooms.
