The exclusive three-winged building has an exposed steel structure and visible mechanical equipment, which reflects both the structure and the role of the Pomerleau-based builder. The use of raw materials reinforces this notion: natural pine, polished concrete, steel. These and other industrial touches help the building integrate with a larger Pomerleau campus that also houses warehouses and garages

Lemay has also redefined the style of the office environment, with a wealth of attractive, informal meeting spaces that encourage teamwork and synergy. The building's few closed offices are central, with open-plan workstations and full-wall windows flanking the periphery for maximum natural light penetration and beautiful views of the forest - a well-established way to improve employees' productivity and well-being

The common areas are strategically located across the entire interior environment. Attractive places to come together and share ideas, fully glazed meeting rooms encourage teamwork while coffee stations become informal meeting places for socializing, helping to promote the company's core collaborative values and natural synergy. The central hall is the convergence point of the three wings, which marks the building's reception, the main staircase and a meeting room.
