The building faces south to make the most of the sun's exposure, and uses loggias for outdoor living during the warmer seasons. Energy saving is guaranteed: the structure is highly insulated, minimizing the need for heat or cooling

To guarantee the necessary energy there is a geothermal groundwater system, photovoltaic panels, the heat pump system that makes optimal use of natural thermal and energy sources

Thanks to the relationship between temperature and environment, air exchange with heat recovery, high insulation between the apartments and towards the outside the house enjoys a high living comfort. The structure made of x-lam, is earthquake-proof, with load-bearing wooden walls, very strong and elastic and fireproof, resistant to fungi, mold and parasites

Thanks to a domotic control unit located in each apartment, all functions are automated: lighting, temperature, humidity, electricity consumption, alarm system, sunshades. In respect of the environment, all the wood used comes from the surrounding forests and the excess energy fed into the Enel network
