Work Arquitectos studio is commissioned by a young family to design a house overlooking the ocean, taking full advantage of the views and at the same time sheltered from the winds, with a terrace in the middle of the house
The main objective of the project was to take full advantage of the panoramic views in the surrounding area, without exposing themselves too much to the south winds. The result is a house with three independent areas converging into a terrace in the centre of the house, protected by the volumes, which is nothing more than an extension of the dining room and kitchen
The bedrooms have ocean views, one of which is arranged diagonally to provide the best view. The interiors have a remarkable height, up to 3.4 meters, as it is clearly visible from the outside to outline the best external views
