Architecture studio formed in 2011 in the City of Buenos Aires by Franco Riccheri and Agustín Mendiondo. Architects from the Faculty of Architecture Design and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires (FADU-UBA), both are working as teachers of the same house of studies since 2011/2009. In turn, since 2015 FR is an assistant course graduate at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the National University of La Plata (FAU-UNLP) and AM begins the postgraduate course in Teaching Specialization Career at the FADU-UBA . Small and medium-scale single-family housing is a recurring program in the professional practice of the study since its inception, developing and building projects both in Buenos Aires and in the Province of Río Negro. Within the framework of the PRO.CRE.AR. credits, destined for the first home of their own, the study simultaneously develops four projects in which minimum dimensions and limited budget are common denominators
